Rosenthal Stackers
What is a Stacker?
An Introduction to Stacking
An industrial stacking machine, or stacker, is used in combination with a sheeter machine. It quickly and accurately stacks the output of your sheeters, boosting efficiency and saving time by automatically stacking sheets into neat piles.
Stackers can be built to accommodate specific materials and their characteristics while being sheeted. For example, a Conveyor Stacker is designed to take on high-volume outputs of flexible materials. A Gripper Stacker, on the other hand, specializes in stacking materials with long lengths, and those that are more difficult to handle (i.e., materials that are flimsy or generate a lot of friction).
A Pick and Place Stacker picks up one kind of material and then places it onto another using robotics and automation. Vacuum suction is used to pick up the material carefully and precisely put it into place.
