We encourage (but don’t require) prospective customers to send us material samples before they purchase a machine. We are always happy to do a demo test with your specific material and send a video recording of how the test went.
Utility requirements depend on a machine’s particular level of customization. Simpler machines normally require 120 volts, while more customized machines can range from 208 to 240 volts, single-phase or 480 volts, 3-phase.
Typically, compressed air is also required at 80 PSI, with a volume of 5-10 cfm.
Most Rosenthal machines do ship and come fully assembled. However, if a particularly large machine does require shipment in parts before reassembly, Rosenthal’s experienced team of Equipment Specialists offer on-site assembly.
